After completing her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy, Mansi began her career working closely with underserved communities, especially families navigating the challenges of childhood disability. Alongside her professional journey, she pursued higher education in MSW and PGDHA, strengthening her foundation in social impact and healthcare management. Her work with organizations like Global Cancer Concern India and St. Jude’s India Childcare Centres allowed her to contribute deeply to cancer care. As a Program Manager and Cluster Manager, she collaborated with oncology and palliative care units across leading institutions, including AIIMS and Tata Memorial Hospital. She contributed her best efforts, from promoting cancer awareness and screening at the grassroots level to helping establish palliative and residential care centers for individuals with cancer. Mansi further enriched her education with a Diploma in Epidemiology and a Certificate in NGO Management. Her passion for education led her to serve as an academic counselor with IGNOU for 8 years, where she contributed to developing training modules and course content in geriatric care and NGO management.
