Implementation and User Evaluation of the SANGYAN Digital Health Platform to Enhance Knowledge About COVID-19 and Other Health Conditions: A Quasi-Experimental Study
The research paper presents the design, development, and usability evaluation of the SANGYAN podcast. This digital platform was developed using Human-centered Design. The overall System Usability Score demonstrated high user satisfaction among those who obtained the desired information from the platform.
