Visited Fire Department, City of Memphis
Dean Ashish Joshi visited the Fire Department on September 29, 2022 to meet with Kevin Spratlin, Division Chief of EMS Administration at Memphis Fire Dept. It was truly an insightful experience as a part of the dispatch team to see firsthand public health challenges and the great work that the Health Navigator Program is doing in the City of Memphis.

Open Society Institute grant will fund Population Health Informatics Education Hub
Through this grant, Professor Ashish Joshi and colleagues will develop an innovative, first-of-its-kind, Regional Population Health Informatics Education Hub to prepare the public health workforce with skills essential to address the complex public health challenges of the 21st century.
